To study the histologic features on muscular distribution of corpus wentriculi in differentanimals,and provide histologic literature to stomach physiology. According to anatomical location,the experiment to the cardia of the stomach body and fundus, gastric body and several parts of thecentral and lower body for histological observation. In this study, the use of paraffin tissuesections, and combined with existing histological studies to compare the stomach of differentanimals partition analysis, and comparative study. The results are as follows:The cardia mucosa of pigs is lined by stratified squamous epithelium, which form somedeveloped digitations and stretched into the lamina propria in pigs. Stratified squamous epitheliumis observed on distal esophageal, and simple columnar epithelium on proximal stomach in dogsand rabbits. Digitations of lamina propria are connected with that of stratified squamousepithelium and become hybrid layer in swines. Some ducts of esophageal glands are arranged inlamina propria of distal esophageal, and some muciparous glands are observed in lamina propriaof proximal stomach, continued with gastric glands in dogs. Many fingerlike digitations are linedinto the lamina propria on distal esophageal, and which were combined to stratified squamousepithelium on rabbit. Some simple tubular glands could be found in lamina propria of proximalstomach, continued with gastric glands. Developed mucous membrane of muscular layer is inswines, scattered in dogs, and uneven in rabbits. The histological structure of rabbits mucosa ondistal esophageal is similar to swines cardia mucosa which are lined by stratified squamousepithelium. But dogs and rabbits gastric cardia mucosa histological structure is similar, whichstratified squamous epithelium exist with simple columnar epithelium.The muscles of lesser curvature in gastric fundus does not exist inclined oblique musclewhich in pig stomach; Longitudinal muscles, circular muscles and oblique muscle composed withstomach tract of gastric fundus; Oblique muscle is showed in corpus ventriculi which in lessercurvature. The muscles of lesser curvature in gastric fundus that circular muscle instead of obliquemuscle which in dog, most of the area is inclined oblique muscle and longitudinal muscles.Longitudinal muscle and circular muscle composed with stomach tract of corpus ventriculi in dog,which is oblique muscle could be foud in lesser curvature. Longitudinal muscle and obliquemuscle composede with gastric fundus in rabbit; Longitudinal muscle and circular musclecomposede with corpus ventriculi in rabbit.Stomach first half the thickness of the muscular layer of stomach characteristics. The piggastric fundus beam layer the thick circular muscles, accounting for48.9%of the muscular layerthickness, dog the stomach gastric fundus inclined travel muscle the thick, accounting for44.5%of the muscular layer thickness, rabbit stomach gastric fundus inclined travel muscle bunch of thethick, accounting for57.4%of the muscular layer thickness.
