The establishment of PoyangLake Eco-economic Region make the economicdevelopment in Jiangxi enter into a new era, but it also makes higher requirement onharmonious development of road construction in PoyangLake region.With the complicatedengineering geological conditions, the unbalanced distribution of present roads resources,the different ecological conditions among different areas in PoyangLake region, in thepremise of investing the same resources in the construction of roads around PoyangLakeregion, how to make the roads develop in the most optimal way, the road resources can beutilized fully, and not cause serious damage to the surrouding ecological environment arethe great problems that the future road planning and development in PoyangLake regionmust confront with.Based on the reasonable road arrangement and development, directing at engineeringgeology, roads and ecological conditions, using some related theories such as engineeringgeology, road ecology, the paper studies the development of the roads around PoyangLakeregion combining with the study of ecological environment protection.First,we establishes the ecological evaluating system regarding to engineeringgeological conditions, the conditions of road net distribution and the ecological conditionson the basis of collecting various documents and materials about the region, visit somerelated apartment to get its statistical data and future planning materials, field sampling andstudying the region. Second, we set three evaluation index of the evaluation system on thebasis of analyzing the data. Then by quantification of the evaluation, the analytic hierarchyprocess(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to calculate variousevaluation index to get the score of geological conditions around PoyangLake region, ofroad conditions, of the carrying-capacity of an ecosystem. At last, we use ArcGIS softwareto establish spatial database of each evaluation system of various areas in PoyangLakeregion.Based on the information obtained, we spatially analyze and calculate the databaseand format vector data to get the result of integrated conditional distribution of roadplanning and development around PoyangLake region under accuracy conditions for0.1m×0.1m.From the results of the spatial database of integrated condition for PoyangLake region,we can evaluate the conditions of road construction in various areas around PoyangLakeregion, and this provides an important theoretical basis and practical reference for therational road distribution for counties and cities in the Poyang Lake region in the future.
