With the fast economic development of globalization and especially with China joined WTO in 2001, the business environment of small and medium enterprises has been totally changed from regional, traditional, close type into global, creative and open type. Under this new background, how can small and medium enterprises reply to these challenges. We believe globalization is the way to survive and expand.This paper adopts both theoritical and empirical researching methodologies to analyze the strategy of small and medium enterprises'internationalization management, including how to exert their advantages and how to choose foreign market entry models, etc.Firstly, the paper reviews the theories both home and abroad of enterprises'internationalization. This is the theoretical basis of the following analysis. Secondly, it discusses the current situation of Chinese small and medium enterprises'internationalization management. Thirdly, it analyzes the model of internationalization management, including the criterions for choosing the target market and business partner. Besides, it also summarizes the foreign market entry model of internationalization management and its influence factors. Then in order to further explore the research on internationalization management, this paper exemplifies this issue by case-studying on Aerodev. After discussing its general information, resource advantages, internal and external business environment, selection of foreign target market, selection of foreign market entry model, the related problems it's facing and some suggested solutions, some useful guidelines for Aerodev's sustainable development are got. Finally this paper falls on some suggestions and implications for small and medium enterprises of their internationalization management.Hope this paper can provide some helps to explore a feasible way for small and medium enterprises to develop and promote their internationalization expansions.
