In the era of knowledge-based economy, Knowledge management is increasingly becoming the theme activities of the kinds of organizations' management. As an important part of knowledge management process, knowledge transfer is becoming the focus of the research. In view of most knowledge come from the individual of organization, and the willingness of personal knowledge being organized decides to knowledge transfer, This study focus on the knowledge transfer from individuals to the organization (personal knowledge organized). The theory of Psychological contract has been developed in recent years, and practiced in human resource management. Because of the relationship between the psychological contract and the willingness of personal knowledge organized——both focus on psychological level, this article will study the influence that psychological contract on the willingness of personal knowledge organized.Introducing the trust as the intermediate variable, this paper studies the influence that five content of psychological contract (security, employability, fairness, supportiveness and reward) on the willingness of personal knowledge organized. After reading the related theory, the paper built a theoretical model and made the assumption of study, obtained data through a questionnaire survey and used SPSS to verify the relationship between variables, after all that got the conclusions of the study. The first conclusion is that Employment security have a direct positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized. The second one is that the enhancement of the employability have a direct positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized. The third is that the fairness in organize have a direct positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized. The forth is that supportiveness have a indirect positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized through the confidence level of staff. The fifth the reward have a indirect positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized through the confidence level of staff. The last one is that the trust level of staff have a direct positive impact on the willingness of personal knowledge organized.At last, the paper gives the suggestion about how to enhance the willingness of personal knowledge being organized, and point out the shortage of this study and the expectation of the future resource.
