Research On Financing Of Chinese Small And Medium-sized Enterpirses Cluster

As the socialist market economic system is being perfected, small and medium enterprises inthe social economic status and role is becoming more and more important, but at present, a largenumber of small business owners are running away in our country, a lot of circles focus on seekingthe deep-seated reasons of the closure of small and medium enterprises.Research shows that capitalproblem is the important "bottleneck" problem that restricting the development of small andmedium-sized enterprises. However, because of their own characteristic, the current research resultsof the financing problem for small and medium-sized enterprises are unsatisfactory. In view of this,this article attempts to begin from the Enterprise Cluster perspective, to study our country small andmedium-sized enterprise clusters' financing problem, in order to through my own research, tofurther enrich our country's enterprise financing theory, put forward some feasible countermeasuresto promote the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster, and promote the healthydevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper mainly based on the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters financing theory,drawing on relevant domestic and foreign research results. Through analyzes the unique financingsituation of SME in China to tap the difficulties in financing, on this basis, conducting furtheranalysis of the necessity and feasibility, and through the analysis of actual cases studies. Thus putforward the measures and proposals to promote the financing of SME cluster in China.The results of this study show that, the idea of financing of SME clusters is strongly feasibilityboth in theory and in practice, so we should make an effective integration of the governmentagencies, intermediary, cluster of medium-small sized enterprises within the cluster as well as thefinancial capital market, to promote our country small and medium-sized enterprise clustersfinancing,and to breakthrough in financing "bottleneck".
