Research On The Countermeasures And Causes Of The Conflict Among Supply Chain Stakeholders

As the social development and economic globalization, supply chain management has become an important direction of the development of enterprise management. Stakeholder theory is a subversion of the traditional "shareholder first "model of corporate governance, so how to balance stakeholder interests and demands becomes a new direction in corporate governance research. In this dissertation, the stakeholder theory and the theory of supply chain are organically combined and the supply chain architecture is divided again by the stakeholder theory. It explores the demand and the conflict of the various stakeholders in the supply chain in order to rich the theory of supply chain management and the connotation of corporate stakeholders. During the analysis, it uses the behavioral science theory, the agency theory and the game theory frequently used in supply chain management. The main contents include the following aspects:Firstly, this dissertation describes the definition and types of supply chain stakeholders, and then analyzes the demand of internal stakeholders who include the core enterprises, upstream and downstream enterprises and consumers as well as external stakeholders who include governments, communities, environmental organizations and environment from the three dimensions of economy, environment and social responsibility.Secondly, this dissertation analyzes the conflict of the stakeholders in supply chain. It analyzes the type of the conflict which includes interest conflict, goal conflict and business conflict; and then analyzes the manifestations of the conflict which includes the conflict between core businesses and upstream and downstream enterprises, the conflict between the node enterprises in supply chain and the whole supply chain, the conflict between the whole supply chain and the external environment. Finally, it analyzes the characteristics of the conflict which include the objectivity, the duality and complexity.Thirdly, this dissertation analyzes the conflict causes of supply chain stakeholder, and then analyzes the formation process of the conflict by using the five-stage model. Finally, it conducts game analysis of the specific conflict between the node enterprises in supply chain.Fourthly, this dissertation explores solutions of the conflict among the supply chain stakeholders. It mainly analyzes the principles of the conflict resolution and conflict resolution strategies towards supply chain stakeholders. Finally, it conducts the specific interpretation of the conflict resolution strategies among supply chain stakeholders by Wal-Mart case.In conclusion, this dissertation studies the stakeholders based on the perspective of the supply chain in order to make businesses more aware of the demand and conflict of the various stakeholders. Therefore, there is some theoretical guidance and practical significance in better coordination of the conflict between the various stakeholders.
