Research On Stakeholders Behavior Of Construction Supply Chain Under Different Contracts

Construction industry is an im portant part of the national economy , whose products are connected to everybody clos ely in everyday life. Improve the management level of construc tion engineering projects ha s a lot of meaning in th e development of construction industry.We will get a totally new understan ding of construction projects when we see the whole life cycle of construc tion engineering projects in the view of supply chain. In particular, there are numerous stakeholders in the supply chain of engineering projects and they have different interests and responsibilities.This research com pares the dif ferent contracts, identifies the stakeholders under different co ntracts, s tudies th e ro le they play in, analyzes the behaviors of the stakeholders and finds out the strategies and mechanism to m ake the project work successfully.
