With the gradual implementation of the application of network technology in the manufacturing, the manufacturing technology of the network had a tremendous impact on the traditional manufacturing sector and management. As the representative of networked manufacturing mode, Application Service Provider, Agile Manufactur--ing,Global Manufacturing,Manufacturing Grid and Cloud Manufacturing have become an advanced manufacturing mode by the manufacturing companies to respond to the challenges of globalization of knowledge-based economy and manufacturing in order to respond quickly to market demand and improve the competitiveness of enterprises as the main target.Most of the SMEs exists the phenomenon that manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity is not balanced, the coexistence of idle resources and shortage of resources, excess capacity and lack of capacity. Through the network manufacturing technology, it can be achieved that the cooperation of the regional or industry across the enterprise, companies can quickly and efficiently respond to the market. Many resources for the manufacturing environment in a decentralized, disordered state, the task initiator is often difficult from these numerous resources easily find the resources to meet their own requirements, how the resources for the manufacturing environment matching optimization is very important.This paper introduces the network manufacturing and the research situation of resources matching, a systematic exposition of the basic theory of network manufacturing, the model of resourses for manufacturing environment, the definition, the conditions, the framework and the general steps of resourses matching for manufacturing environment.Based on the traditional optimal resource selection algorithm and multi-matching conditions for portfolio analysis, consider of the traditional resources to meet the shortcomings of the low rate matching algorithm of the task, this paper introduces a fast matching algorithm based on the resources of the program window. This algorithm can effectively reduce the similarity comparison of the number and scale in order to achieve rapid matching of the many resources for manufacturing environment.At the same time, taking into the busy status of the resource impact on resourses matching for manufacturing environment, based on analysis of load characteristics of the resources and heavy load conditions, this paper introduces a matching algorithm based on the load balancing of resources. This algorithm can take full account of the busy status of the resources, it can choose the lower utilization of resources to ensure use of the balance of resources for the manufacturing environment.
