Study On Space Development Strategy For Land Use In Chengbu County Based On The Conception Plan

Strategic study on land use with ideas and methods of conception planning is very neccesary for intensifing investigation of urban system and spatial strategy.Combination of the methods and characteristics of the basic theory of urban system and concept planning, the paper has discussed the regional strategic and directivity of Chengbu's land use spatial strategy. In order to promote the development of Chengbu's economy and urbanization to be more fast and healthy, firstly, the main problem of Chengbu that exists in development should be analyzed and summarized; and then the industry, regional, ecological environment and urban system Etc. Should be analyzed; Finally, the goal and direction of Chengbu's land use spatial strategy should be detemined, land use concept of partition should be guided and the land use strategic study space and strategy should be enhanced.With the main economic connection analytical methods, the main economic connection direction of Chengbu is Northeast and South. By analyzing the comprehensive competition, it must strive to improve the infrastructure, increase investment in education, innovate institutions, focus on the introduction of technology and talent, optimize the soft environment for industrial development, and actively attract investment to revitalize the economy. Points through the analysis of industrial, agricultural practitioner should as soon as possible be transfered to the industrial, transportation, construction and other industries to improve the effectiveness of the industrial structure. Through the urban system analysis obtained, the development of the urban system of Chengbu will enter the gathering-the diffusion stage.The urban system spatial development strategy of Chengbu is developing North and South, building closely linked to the long axis system. For the spindle to the highway, the county seat for the biggest growth pole, focusing on training and building the northeast. In southwest,there should strengthenly contact with the Guilin to form the main economic connection direction. With development of the main areas of the main economic connection direction, new areas and close co-prosperity of the organic whole shoulf be formed. Results of conception zoning of Chengbu city are the central economic zone, the economic zone of the northeastern, the eastern part of heavy industry and the economic zone of southwest.
