Analysis And Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Resources With The Stress Of Environmental Elements Based On Spatial Information Technology

Historical and cultural resources are carrier of human traditional culture andspirit achievement, and are important tourism resources for a region and a nation. But,with the rapid development of China's urbanization, the ecological and environmentaldeterioration speed up, which lead to urgent protection of historical and culturalresources. How to protect and manage historical and cultural resources scientificallyand effectively,which is become the press issues for experts, scholars and government.Remote sensing technology can obtain the environmental data fastly, real-timeand large-scale, geographic information systems has the advantage of powerful datacollection, collation, organization, retrieval, processing, mapping, analysis andintegrated management, Global Positioning System can accurately obtain the locationinformation of objects. Based on the advantage of the spatial informationtechnology(RS,GIS,GPS) and the development of computer technology, whichmeans to provide a new way for the protection of the historical and cultural resources.In this paper,take the Turpan region as study area, with the approach of the spaceinformation technology and select the multi-source remote sensing data(LandsatTM,ETM+), Combined with the field investigation of study areas,meteorological data,social statistics,the historical llitetature and so on, the author estabish a system ofevaluation index in Turpan region, takes the protection of historical and culturalresources with the AHP and spatial information technology. Analyzes the environmentelements around the historical and cultural resources, mainly evaluates historical andcultural resources of twelve scenic spots and divides resources's level, makesprotection measures and suggestions to historical and cultural resource combined withactual.In order to provide a reference and demonstration of the histirical and culturanresources protection in other areas with the stress of environmental elements by thisresults of evaluation. This paper is divided into seven parts, the main content asfollows: The first part is the introduction. It firstly introduces the background and relateconcept of the paper, reviews the domestic and foreign research, detailed introducesthe research method and technical rute of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the spatial information technology, and theapplication in the protection and the evaluation of the historical and cultural resourcesby this technology. Introduces the difficult points and the main data sources in theprocess of drawing.The third part is the general situation of the study area. Mainly introductions thenatural environment,social economy and the situation of the historical and culturalresources in study area, classifies the historical and cultural resources, and makes achart of historical and cultural resources with the collected data.The forthth part is the reseach contents and methods of this paper. Take thetypical historical and cultural resources of Gaochang Ruins, establish the empiricalresearch with the remote sesing images. analyzes and takes a research on environmentchange around the heritage, and quantitative statistics of the environmentalelements,elaborates the detail influence caused by the every kind of type in surface tohistorical culture resources in detail.The fifth part according to the frequency and utilization degree of the evaluationindex,builds the model of historical and cultural resources in turpan region with theactual Among some evaluation indicators are inverted by remote sensing.The sixth part is the results of the evaluation with the stress of environmentalelements. based on the weight assessment standards, divides the class of the mainlytwelve historical and cultural resources, the resources is divided intofour grades,based on the GIS technology, make the distribution of historical and cultural resourcesin Turpan, and analyzes the space distribution of historical and cultural resources. Theresults showed that:the main scenic spots divide into "zonal" distribution and take thecore of tourism rode; and other focus on the city of Turpan present "ring-shaped" distribution. The seventh part is the summary of the main conclusion in this paper.
