The farming problem in China,s economic development has been an urgent problem to besolved in, and it is an important task of our country socialist modernization construction. We mustvigorously develop industry and service industry. At the same time, We must accelerate agricultureto develop pace, build socialistic new rural area, raise the income level of the farmer. And thefarming problem is mainly concentrated in the central and western regions of China, where theagricultural base condition is weak and the slow development of the rural economy. Of course,restricting rural economic development of many factors exist in reality, but the countryside andfarmer lack of the capital is one of the very important reasons, therefore For we should be toprovide comprehensive financial services and policy support to the mid-west rural areas, establishand perfect the rural financial market. In order to effectively solve the problem of shortage of funds,we must take an important measure is the implementation of Rural Micro credit. While themicrofinance in the Midwest rural also has a history of ten years, already obtained certainachievement, but also exposed the problem, namely the lack of sustainability. In order to solve thisproblem, we must study in the rural microfinance development condition, find out the influence ofthe factors of the sustainable development, and put forward to solve measure an antidote against thedisease. This would be better for rural and agricultural development to make contribution,ultimately improve the farmers' material and cultural life level.This article consists of four chapters: in the first chapter we theoretically study themicrofinance and sustainable development, and analyze that the realization of sustainabledevelopment of microfinance should have the basic conditions, and to study the sustainabledevelopment of microfinance significance. In the second chapter we analysis center-west region ofrural microfinance development present situation, the main contents of center-west region thedevelopment of rural small credit history, types, characteristics of objects, as well as the lack ofsustainability performance. In the third chapter I empirically analysis center-west region thedevelopment of rural small credit. Firstly we introduce the influence of the sustainable developmentof microfinance for internal and external factors, then taking Shanxi Province as an example theempirical test. In the last part of this article I put forward to promote center-west region sustainabledevelopment of rural microfinance advice, We should improve the micro-credit developmentinternal mechanisms. For example, we should undertake rural microfinance institutions reform,expand microcredit financing source channel, provide farmers need microfinance products; at thesame time we must try to construct favorable for microfinance sustainable development in theexternal environment. and we should perfect market economic system, increase a government tosupport strength perfect microfinance, laws and regulations and the rural credit system.
