With China's reform and opening up30years, China's rapid economic development, China's non-public ownership economy plays an irreplaceable role, in which private enterprises as the non-public sectors of the economy is an important component of, but also of growing up, of course, private enterprise's development is inseparable from the role, the employees in private enterprises contribution and effort is more important, the employees of private enterprises in China has become a society can not be ignored in a large social groups, for this group we must always be concerned, they are crucial to Chinese economic development. Therefore, to explore the private enterprise employees, occupational status and quality of life is significant.This study used questionnaire method to Harbin H commercial real estate survey, quality of life, based on the theory of hierarchy of need theory, social psychology and the Adams fair theory, through quantitative research and qualitative research methods to the private enterprise employee occupation status and quality of life of situation analysis. FINDINGS:private enterprise employee occupation status of worrying, a lower quality of life, employee occupation status affects their quality of life, this study from the perspective of sociology in-depth analysis of the private enterprise employee occupation status and quality of life in the existing problems and reasons, finally to improve after the private enterprise employee occupation status and improve the quality of life of countermeasures and suggestions.
