Research On Extenics Early Warning To The Operatin Risk Of The Operating Control Group

Collectivize operation is an inevitably choice for many enterprises in the growing process. Collectivize operation could effectively improve the ability of optimization and distributing resources. As one of three basic control modes, the mode of operating control has advantages and disadvantages. Enterprise group should choose the control mode according to its actual situation. The key element of choosing operation control mode is business correlation between member enterprises. Under this control mode, group headquarters is highly centralized, and set up perfect functional departments to ensure the implementation of the controls and decisions, as a result, group could configure resources efficiently; improve the competitiveness of the group. Meanwhile, operating control type enterprise group has limitations, for example, headquarters has huge functional departments, and the enthusiasm of subordinate enterprises would be limited. Each kind of control mode has its disadvantages, and may trigger operating risks. How to correctly and timely identify the risk are important to the operation of the group. This research expects to provide corresponding reference for operation risk early warning under this control mode through warning research of the operating risk of the operating control group.This paper analyzes the connotation of the control group, operating risk and Extenics theory, defines collectivization control mode and control characteristics of operating control type, analyzes operation management mode under this control mode. What is more, this paper analyzes connotation and formation mechanism of operating risks in the operating control group. Based on these, this paper provides factors affect operating risks, which includes risk factors in operation decision-making link, executive link and control link. Among them, decision-making link risks include strategic decision-making risk, tactical decision-making risk and business decision-making risk. Executive link risks include group internal resource integration risk, group service and support risk and management risk of group business value chain. Control link risks include group internal control risk, key personnel management risk and subsidiaries performance management risk. By constructing Extenics warning model, this paper chooses A group to make the empirical research, the total risk level of this group is second level, while some parts are third level. This paper provides corresponding suggestions according to warning evaluation results, such as promoting the management of capital, human resource, internal control etc, in order to help the group obtain the constantly competitive advantages.
