Tianjin Port is located in Bohai Bay on the Haihe River estuary, at the intersection point of the Beijing-Tianjin City Belt and the Bohai Sea economic circle and Bohai Sea port with the shortest distance inland areas of north, northwest, port is the capital city of Beijing and Tianjinmaritime gateway, is also the eastern end of the starting point of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. Recent, rapid economic development of Tianjin Port has brought great opportunities, the throughput is rising, which entered a period of rapid growth of the volume of business. Ship depend on the arrangement from the mooring and operating time, production planning is the core of the Tianjin port handling business with the development and opening of Binhai New Area, the rapid growth of business volume, the existing terminal equipment, facilities and resources have been unable to meet the increasingly frequent to Hong Kong ship, the importance of production planning management is gradually exposed.Tianjin Port Petrochemical Terminal Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to TPPTC) to discover the problem an analysis of the problem to solve the problem for the basic idea of optimization of the "bottleneck" for the terminal production planning management optimization. This article first introduces the production plan of the petrochemical wharf, along the main line of the terminal production planning all aspects of program management, analysis, terminal production plan, the "bottleneck" in the administration of the scheme, and then combined with terminal production of the actual and current development strategy to create a rolling5interactive project management system, and develop a way to standardize business processes, to quickly complete large amount of data processing, information sharing automation software system. So as to achieve the increase port capacity, the purpose of guiding the port of actual production.
