Study On The Coordinative Development Of Rural Logistics And Regional Economy Based On Grey Theory

As the very important link between production and consumption, urban and rural, industrial and agriculture, the construction and development of rural logistics has great significance for promoting the sustainable development of regional economic. At the same time, it's a very important way to solve the issues concerning agriculture, the countryside and farmers. The development of rural logistics also has great meaning of promoting urban and rural integration process. Realized the importance of rural logistics in recent years, the government and social have made many efforts to development it. And we glad to see the rural logistics is now undergoing rapid development. But there are also something very important that we should pay attention. Because the rural economy has long lag behind and still relatively weakly, the current development of rural logistics is not optimistic. That means there are still many practical problems to be solved.This paper makes the practical problems faced in the development of rural logistics-the coordination development of rural logistics and regional economy as the key research object. The paper focused on two important issues, one is the judgment of the coordinative development of rural logistics and regional economy, and another is how to make assure the coordinative development of them. To solve the first problem, the interactive effects and inner mechanism of rural logistics and regional economic are analyzed at first. After the description of the coordinative development between rural logistics and regional economy from the view of qualitative point, a model also established in order to achieve the judgment from a quantitative way. For the second problem, the paper simplified it in a certain extent. We think to realize the coordinative development of rural logistics and regional economy, the key is research the relationship of industries and key elements of rural logistics. So the constituent elements of rural logistics and main factors that affect the development of rural logistics have been researched at first, and then a series of index system indicate the development level of rural logistics is established based on that. With the method of Gray Theory and the index system, two models are established to reveal the relationship of regional economy and key elements of rural logistics. The results could be used to achieve the goal that logistics developed by the promotion of key elements of rural logistics while the rapid regional economy growth by the positive effect of rural logistics. China is taken as the example to do empirical research and some policy recommendations of China's development of rural logistics have promoted. The idea and methods adopted in the paper as well as the research achievement have some significance in both theory research or practical use in the coordinative development of rural logistics and regional economy.
