With the increasingly development of national economics, there are great demands of oils and chemical products for our country, such as, flammable goods, explosive substances, toxic substances, corrosive substances, radioactive substances and articles. The capacity and kinds of inland water transportation with dangerous goods is going up. The potential pollution and risk is exists with the dangerous goods transportation. In order to improve the safety of he dangerous goods transportation, some advance technologies and methods should be addressed.In this thesis, our focus is on the safety management of dangerous goods in inland water areas. Considering the development of the Internet of Things, the surveillance system for dangerous goods in inland water transportation is widely studied. The contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows.(1) The surveillance methods, tools and schemes are studied. In the case of the dangerous goods management in the inland water transportation in Zhejiang Province, some optimizational schemes are proposed. In addition, the overall framework of surveillance system for dangerous goods in inland water transportation is discussed deeply.(2) To further share the information in the safety supervision, this thesis focuses on studying the functions and data storage model of the supervision information system for inland waterway transport of dangerous cargos and conducts the initial confirmatory development of the system, based on the overall framework of the supervision of the inland waterway transport of dangerous cargos.(3) In terms of the data acquisition, the basis for the modern means of supervision, this thesis has studied on the acquisition methods of information on position, labels and status, especially the satellite positioning, RFID technologies that are widely applied in the Internet of Things, as well as Putting forward by using the Internet of things technology establishment of dangerous goods transport ship monitoring system. This thesis is introduced the Internet field, RFID satellite positioning technology for the first time in inland water transport of dangerous goods shipping safety supervision system.It also proposed the establishment of a professional, integration, integration of dangerous goods transport ship supervision system and management platform and applied in the Zhejiang port and shipping management system. The practice shows that the control system can realize the dangerous goods ship, dock, transportation enterprises, management, integrated management and data sharing, reduce the dangerous goods shipping risk, reduce and avoid the occurrence of accidents, to promoting inland water transport of dangerous goods industry's healthy development has the extremely vital significance. |
