A Study On The Relationship Between The Development Of Producer Services And Economic Growth In Sunan

Since 1960s of the 20th century, as the form of social and economic changes from"industrial economy"to"knowledge economy", the proportion of services sharing of the social economics is growing. Especially for a country or a region, services'healthy, sustainable and rapid development will affect its level of overall competitiveness. The producer services grow fastest, and they have the highest contribution to services. While producer services have some characteristics that other services do not generally have, the effect they play out and the characteristics they present in an economic region will be affected by the regional conditions, resource endowments, infrastructure conditions and other objective factors.Sunan is the most economically developed areas in Jiangsu, and is one of the regions which have fastest-growing economy and strongest power. However, as Sunan's industrialization continues to advance and its total economy increases, the contradictions Sunan facing in economic structure, urban population, social resources and ecological environment become more prominent. Therefore, to develop producer services significantly in Sunan is even more important.In order to study the relationship between the producer services and the economic growth in Sunan, this paper analyzes the information services, financial services and technology services basic on the development status and characters of producer services, and makes a more detailed exposition with SWOT Analysis. Then the author studies the relationship between producer services and each of them deeply from three aspects which are employment, manufacturing upgrades and urban competitiveness. Because the data of producer services is difficult to obtain, this paper chose Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Guangzhou as samples, compared their gray correlation and the gray correlation in Sunan area, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, using Gray Relational Analysis Method when making an empirical analysis. Then the author tested the empirical results by calculating the location quotient, get a result that the development of producer services can promote economic growth effectively in Sunan. Finally, this paper proposed some policy recommendations on accelerating the development of producer services to promote a healthy and rapid development of economy in Sunan.
