Research On How To Develop Science And Education Promoting Agriculture In Anxi County

In a new situation of the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and rural economic development, the traditional production technology and experience have been unable to meet the needs of modern agriculture. In order to accelerate the realization of modernized and industrialized agriculture, there are great needs to rely on advanced technology for strong support, to establish the guiding ideology that science and technology are the primary productivity,to adhere to science and technology, education, agricultural and rural development with a combination of development of prefectural region economy. In this way, the level of agricultural science and technology will be improved, as well as the scientific culture of famers. That is to say,this action,which means to accelerate the development by relying on science and technology and improving the literacy of the farmers,has transferred the development mode of agriculture and prefectural region economy, which will, as a result,create more opportunities for the development of agriculture and rural area.Over the three decades of development and savings after reforming and opening-up,Anxi county has seen its dominant agricultural industry continue to improve, as well as the scientific and technological innovation in some areas. Science and technology has acted as a notable role in promoting the development of science and economy, and it has, no doubt, provided driving power in the change and improvement, breakthrough and economic rise of Anxi County. However, competitions in areas and industries are more and more intense along with the construction of Straits economic zone. Anxi County, as a developing area, is relatively low in the developing level of modern agriculture. There is still an obvious gap in its economy and financial level when compared with the developed areas, which results in the grim situation where you will fall behind if you stop your forwarding pace. Accordingly, it is an inevitable result to execute the strategy of promoting the farming with the aid of science and education, which will contribute to the development of prefectural region economy in Anxi county , will greatly reinforce the independent innovation capacity of agricultural technology and promote the development of modern agricultural industry with the support of science and technology.This article has seven parts. The first part begins with an overview of the research background, purpose of this study, research ideas and methods, and research the content and the framework of this paper. The second part did some study on the current acadamic research both in China and overseas. Part III describes the current situation about science and education promoting agriculture in Anxi County. The fifth part sellected three successful example about about science and education promoting agriculture in Anxi County. The first one is Bama Tea company, the second one is Hua Hong Tea company and the last one is Juyuan Peasants'orgization. Part VI analyzes the existing problems about science and education promoting agriculture in Anxi County. Finally, the article put forward some countermeasures to deal with the aboved problems.
