With the progress of the society and the development of the industries, more and more companies are under increasing pressure in this market environment, which requires more competitive products in shorter production cycle. For the sake of holding the market trend, occupying the majority of the market share and quickly responding the market demand, more production enterprises are trying their best to shorten the production cycles for adapting the changes, including achieving efficiency, flexibility, fast response, etc. But many companies still meet the problems as losing skillful operators, high workers turn-over and inexperienced new recruits under the labor shortage and difficult employment in labor market. After finishing the investment of new equipments and improvement of working process, the production efficiency of operators becomes the main subjects of the managements. The paper firstly bases on the theory of learning curve and forgetting curve, using Company S as study object, analyzing the characteristics of existing learning-forgetting curve models based on the specific production situation of Company S. Then the paper evaluates and selects the proper model to calculate with the actual production data and analyze the relationship of the efficiency between continuous production and stop for training, and compare the current training policy with the model result. Finally, the paper points out some suggestions for the management of training to properly adjust the training recourses according to the theoretical basis and calculations for speeding up the training process, increasing adaptation of cross-job, etc., to improve the management benefit of the enterprises and foster the talent advantages and core competencies. |
