The Research Of The Risk Management During The Project Of Acrylic Acid In Huayi Corporation

The chemical industry is a pillar industry of the country, which plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Chemical projects with large investment unit and more complex process, high temperature and pressure, flammable, toxic and hazardous characteristics, which construction risk is relatively large. Chemical project of risk management has gradually become an important components and research focus of chemical project management.In this paper, the Huayi's Acrylic of project management was studied by the theory of project risk management tools. First, the Huayi's Acrylic project risk was analyzed. From the market, capital, cost, technology, construction, schedule, quality, HSE and other aspects of the qualitative risk of analysis, the project's risk were analyzed for quantitative risk in the cost, technology, construction, schedule, quality, HSE of risk by the method of subjective appraisal. Qualitative and quantitative analysis by comparing the results, the Huayi's Acrylic project of risk control strategy is divided into three categories:key control, important control and general control. Then, on the basis of risk analysis, the Huayi's acrylic project were studied in technology, HSE, quality, and schedule risk control problems, which was recommended the introduction of acrylic project risk control " Hazard and operability studies (HAZOP)" technology and "HSE management", and put forward specific measures.
