P is a kind of consulting company with professional knowledge and rich experience staff in related function. It provides for multinational companies with solid outsources management solutions in China. It has become to the first point shall be solved by Management Team of P Consulting Company:How to improve employees'performance, how to maintain the competitiveness in the marketing and how to own a core competence. Now, there are several problems still existed in P Consulting Company for the whole performance appraisal period, they are:the purpose of performance appraisal is not clear for the most of employees and their leaders; the indicators of performance appraisal are not set scientific and systematic; and the results of appraisal are used in a simple way.In this thesis, we will focus on the appraisal problem which occurred between P Consulting Company and the employees. And based on modern business management methods, we will also use a variety of performance appraisal management skills to reach and analysis of performance appraisal in the full range. The appraisal methods are Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Balanced Scored. This thesis will also in the purpose of developing the core competitiveness of enterprises and combining the characteristics of consulting company to give the suggestion on the process of performance appraisal, the design of indicators, assessment methods and period, and also fully discussed on the usage on the results of performance appraisal.The main research results are based on the performance appraisal in P Consulting Company. Through the research and application of the performance appraisal, we hope the P Consulting Company can take this opportunity to discover the existence of the problem during implementation, and can timely correct the deficiencies and shortcomings, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and enterprise culture construction, and enhance the staff professional ability and working attitude.
