Organizational change is that what adjusts the elements of the organization in order to achieve organizational goals with the changing external environment. In the increasingly competitive market, if the organization wants to get the survive, it must innovate and change, so the organizational change is a hot issue.Organizational theory has a long history, Lewin (1947) first proposed this theory, and then a number of scholars have improved and developed this theory. Domestic and foreign scholars focus on the causes of organizational change, change process, changing model, the results of the change and so on. While some scholars have conducted reviews of organizational change, but because of so many organizational change research perspective, research content and research methods.these reviews are not enough and not comprehensive, so it is hard for us to get the "panoramic "in the field of organizational change. In order to improve this situation, this article map on the organizational change based on the author co-citation analysis in order to get the link between the scholars and their structural features, and then we can get the panoramic and the hot issues in the organizational change. In order to make this study objective and systemic, we write this article from this aspects:First, the introduction:this part describes the major research issues: Second, review and research methods:this part involves two basic concepts-organizational change and ACA; Third, the application of ACA in the field of the organizational change:this part describes the databases, journals and the software; Fourth, the study results:through the analysis of the first part of the article, we can know the core co-authors in the organizational change, and then through the clustering we can get the hot issue in the flied of organizational change; Fifth, the conclusion and the vision:this part points out the shortcomings and limitations of existing studies and provides some suggestions for the future research. In this paper, we can get three conclusions based on the author co-citation analysis in the organizational change. First, so many scholars:in the field of organizational change, so many scholars have studied, such as Weick, Hannan, Giddens, March. Greenwood. Cyert, Pfeffer, Schein. Eisenhardt. Nelson, Dimaggio, Levitt, who occupied the important position; Second, the field of organizational change associated with a number of disciplines:such as psychology, social science, education and other fields:Third, so many study contents:such as organizational structure, organizational systems, the power and resistance.organizational theory and organizational change theory and other aspects.Based on the cluster analysis, we can get the following conclusions:in the organizational change, the scholars focus on the organizational structure, organizational institution, organizational theory and change theory and so on, some scholars study based on the empirical analysis and the reviews. Through the cluster analysis, we also find that although scholars' research involves many aspects, the discussion of the organizational structure is the focus, and the research of the results of change, change in relationships, etc. is not enough, Of course these small-scale clustering may be wider researched in the future..We map on the organizational change based on the author co-citation analysis, although we get some conclusions, it is not enough. In the future, we should still pay attention to some problems, for example, we can select the related journals more systematically and more objectively, and then we can get a more detailed conclusion, and if the SPSS and other software are used with Citespace, we may make the results more objective.
