Optimizing The GZSZ's Operation Manage Of The Recycled Asphalt Concrete Produced

With the booming highway construction and the increasing traffic, every year China yields tremendous recycled asphalt pavement. Therefore,it is of both academic and social significance to do research on the recycling technology of the recycled asphalt concrete and on the development of the recycling facilities,which help reclaim the valuable resource and prevent the pollution.This thesis first summarized the current situation of the recycled asphalt concrete both in China and in foreign countries. With the analysis of the prevalent recycling technologies,then it measure approach suitable to China's reality. Second, it studied the environment effect of recycled asphalt concrete and the mechanism of asphalt aging and recycling,and expounded the existing mode for operation manage. Through the investigation and analysis of the test the performance of asphalt recycling materials, On the basis of some affirms need to be optimized such as inventory model, production process, technical equipment and the on-site application management etc. Then, from product technology, production processes and production operation plan three levels of production, parameters of operation and management are optimized.Finally, this paper through optimization of the recycled asphalt concrete production operation for actual use the experiment, and the optimal management of the evaluation of the contrast before and after, afterwards illustrating the regenerative asphalt concrete batch project when using, has good economic benefit and social benefit.
