Study On The Application Of Market Feedback Analysis In The New Product Development Of Company C

New product development decides by the market segment and the orientation. In other words, it's decided by the requirement of market. Elevator market in China is the largest in the world now. Almost all of the worldwide famous companies and native companies have competed in highly intense. Customers'requirement feedback become more and more diversification and individuation. Elevators companies have to design and manufacture plenty of customize products with high quality to get advantage status in the market. Design for manufacturing or for customer product has become one of the most important competitive strategies for elevator supplier. Elevator Company C is the largest elevator company in the world. In this thesis, the investigate object is the problem appeared in new product development in Elevator Company to improve design quality by ACE quality management and improvement method-MFA tooling.This thesis summarizes the difficulty in Company C, through the study on the application of market feedback analysis in Company C new product development. This thesis uses the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, including the factor analysis, data statistic analysis, information retrieval analysis and Pareto analysis. The theory of this thesis is the application of MFA tooling, the optimization of design improvement and the systematic theory.Through the application of MFA tooling, such as Pareto Chart, Russo Charts, Elephant Charts, Marciano Charts, it collect the feedback data and do the further analysis. It can avoid to the repeat escape and improve the designer's ability in Company C.
