| Human capital has been a decisive element of the economic growth in the model of modern economic growth theory, and more researchers take effort to analyze the relationship between human capital and economic growth. With the changes in the pattern of the world economy and the optimized national economic structure, the relationship between human capital and industry economic growth starts to be a key factor in economic development. It is significant on how to improve the human capital within the industry and coordinate the relationship between the industrial structure optimization and upgrading of human capital, which is also the purpose of this thesis.Firstly the second chapter of this paper briefly reviews the theories of industrial economic and human capital, which gives an academic reference of this paper. Based on the theories, the third chapter discusses the utilization status of industrial economy and human capital, which also gives a simple assessment. Then on the basis of the previous two chapters, this chapter makes a deep analysis of the relationship between human capital and industry economic growth using the related theory, discussing the effects of human capital of industry economic growth. Finally, the fourth chapter gives some suggestion to improve the relationship between human capital and industry economic growth.The last part is the conclusion of this research and a comment of insufficiency. |
