Shandong Construction retail Bank has confronted unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Sales Channel building, an effective means of commercial bank, is regarded as the core competitiveness of retail banking and has attracted people's attention. For a long time the Construction Bank Shandong Branch rely mainly on the physical network marketing channel to attract customers, expand marketing share and develop business. Although in recent years the construction of electronic banking and self-help bank has made great development, the application of space is still enormous ascension. That is to say the potential banking profitability and competitive ability depend on the ability of the electronic banking services to a considerable extent. Therefore, it is a trend to promote the electronic and self-help banking to adapt to the social development; it is also a necessity to build competitive advantage and consolidate customer base, and an inner need to reduce the management cost and promote he transformation of business operation.This paper adopted statistics analysis model,collect the data of the physical network marketing channel,the electronic banking channel and the self_bank channel running,classify the data,contrast them,integrate the fructify of clint investigation,used the way of quantitative analysis and quanlitative analysis,deeply analysis the present situation of the physical network marketing channel,the electronic banking channel and the self_bank channel of Shandong branch,point out the question of the channel running,draw on the experience of channel construction of the international representative commercial bank,project the way of select address of the physical network marketing channel and the self_bank channel, construction and development direction and way of the electronic banking,put forward the way of multi-channel construction.The article is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the Literature Review and the main framework of the thesis. The second chapter describes the research findings both at home and abroad and summarizes the related management theories. The third chapter states the physical network marketing channel of the Construction Bank Shandong Branch. The fouth chapter states the electronic banking of the Construction Bank Shandong Branch.The fifth chapter states the self-help bank channel of the Construction Bank Shandong Branch.The sixth chapter states some suggestion of multi-channel and the integrating construction are proposed.Currently in China, the studies concerning the multi-channels and integration constructions are not prevailing, especially in terms of marketing channels construction and integration analysis could not effectively meet the needs of the development of the channel development. This thesis analyzes the multiple methods construction and integration in practical application in order to put forward some useful suggestions.
