Application Of Customers Service System Application Efficiency

In order to improve customer service level and competitive ability, the Securities Company fastens its process to build up the customer service system. In the progress of extending the system, we have faced problems such as low efficiency and unobvious results.This essay analyzes current problems and reasons by doing research on customer service system structure and application. For instance, the statement that "achieving sales department classification and improving individualism development plan and sales strategies for sales department in the same area by analyzing models" is innovatively meaningful for the securities industry. Moreover, improved structure design and modified appraisal suggestions have been raised to solve the problems that were found in the process for sales department to be transferred to financing service model. This action is meaningful for improving the usage-efficiency of customer service system in sales department.This essay is constructed of five parts.
