Research Of Scientific Intermediary Institutions Integration In Northeastern Old Industrial Bases

The construction of scientific innovation system is a key link of revitalizing the northeastern old industrial bases. As an important part of scientific innovation system, the scientific intermediary institutions contribute a lot to revitalizing the northeastern old industrial bases. But because of poor communication among the scientific intermediary institutions, the overall functions can't be utilized at all. Therefore, the author will research the organizations integration of the scientific intermediary institutions in the northeastern old industrial bases area.This article is divided into six chapters:Chapter one is introduction, including the aim and the meaning of subject choosing, literature reviewing, studying measures and the innovation.Chapter two is theories introduction. The author apply two theories in this article; they are integration theory (system integration theory and resources integration theory) and governmental function theory (the content and the research value of this theory).Chapter three explores the current situation of the organizations integration of scientific intermediary institutions in northeastern old industrial bases area,analyzing the existing problems that happened during the operation process as well as the causes.The author brings forward five necessities of scientific intermediary institutions integration in the chapter four. This meet the requirement of the area development. In author's opinion, the basic conditions of scientific intermediary institutions integration are prepared. The author will illustrate this by introducing the origin, the development situation, the resources and the guidance policies of the northeastern old industrial bases.Chapter five, the government must support the development of the northeastern old industrial bases. The government should construct legal environment, economic environment and culture environment for the scientific intermediary institutions integration. The author gives some strategies for how to improve the situation of self-construction.Chapter six is conclusion. Relevant aspects should learn lessons from other advanced areas and then find the best integration measures. It will provide a good basis for promoting the scientific intermediary institutions integration in the northeastern old industrial bases.
