In this paper, synthesis of some previous studies, based on the use of classification methods are defined on the tourism real estate, and filter out the appropriate type of individual investment in tourism real estate.Analysis process of tourism real estate in the individual investment analysis process, related to some theoretical foundation and basic assumptions, such as the Keynesian theory of marginal consumption, Fools and herding, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.
