Performance Excellence Model In The South Bearing The Company's Application

Performance Excellence Model is widely recognized as a comprehensive performance management approach by the international organizationa, and now there are more than 80 countries and regions having adopted it as the local quality award assessment criteria. Basing on the reference of advanced models from abroad,Our country has issued the national standard《CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE》(GB/T19580-2004) in 2004, which as the assessment standard of Natioal Quality Award. Some provinces in Domestic also used the criteria for their Province&city quality award. The <<RITERIA OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE>> strongly promotes the learning and practice of the Excellent Performance Model in domestic enterprises and various organizations, and also supplies a best effective managament model for enterprise to adapt to constantly improving market economy and involve the international competition. The purpose of this article is leading more small and middle-size enterprises to implement the Excellent Performance Model to improve their operating performance.At first, the article formulated the actual implementation, basic contents and implement method of the Performance Excellence Model. Then it proposed to import Excellent Performance Model into the enterprises through the case of environment analysis of NF bearing company. It focused on studying the detail implements method and the building of the Excellent Performance Model, in which includs 7 big profiles such as leadship, strategic planning,customer&market,resources,proces management, measurement analysis &improves,managing results,etc. At last, it proposed the concreat steps of implementation of Performance Excellence Model in enterprise, and also analyzed the implement results and the questions which occursed in NF Bearing Company's implementation. After a key study on it, we draw a conclusion:The enterprises do improve their management while they adapt that kind of modern management method and theory with continuous self-evaluation and improvement, so that the enterprises can be from advantage to excellent.
