Under the background of economic globalization and the easy changing of the political, economic, technological, cultural and ethical values environment, companies have to find new ways to maintain their competitive advantage. Luthans(2004) etc'studies have shown that psychological capital is a positive state of individual mind which will become the most competitive capital compared to financial capital, physical capital, knowledge capital, human capital and social capital. Since the concept of psychological capital being raised, the study related to the psychological capital and its applications have continued to increase. And there are more and more study related to team entrepreneurial since late 1980s when team entrepreneurial business became a major way in Western societies. The study of entrepreneurial team have focused on the relationship between team structure, members heterogeneity and business performance, but few is about the entrepreneurial team behavior. Zhou Jinbo(2008) defined the entrepreneurial team behavior composed by members interaction behavior, the interaction behavior between leader and members, change leadership behavior and charismatic leadership behavior, and also got the conclusion that besides interaction behavior between leader and members the other three behaviors significantly impact team performance. The purpose of this paper is:take the entrepreneurial team as the studying point to prove the psychological capital's importance in team entrepreneurial process, and to establish a psychological capital intervention model in entrepreneurial team which can increase the success rate of the team entrepreneurial. In this paper, first we propose theoretical assumptions and theoretical model according to the existing literature about psychological capital and entrepreneurial team. Then collect first-hand data though questionnaire survey, and make correlation, regression and structural equation modeling analysis with software SPSS and AMOS analysis to explore the relationship among the psychological capital, entrepreneurial team behavior and entrepreneurial effect, and also establish psychology capital intervention model in entrepreneurial team. The results show that:self-efficacy, hope and optimism are significant correlated with entrepreneurial team behavior but not toughness because its t-test did not pass the test in regression analysis. Meanwhile, from the regression analysis we found that the psychological capital as a high-level can explain more than every dimension of psychological capital as a first-order factors to entrepreneurial team behavior, which prove that the effects of psychological capital is greater than the respective effects of the four-dimensional. And from the no intermediary model, some intermediary model and full intermediary model, we found thaat the full intermediary model is best, which tell us that psychological capital can make a full intermediary effect to entrepreneurial team effectiveness through entrepreneurial team behavior. Finally, we establish a psychology capital intervention model in entrepreneurial team based on the results of empirical research in this article above, and take Mr. Yu Minhong's entrepreneurial team as an example to show the importance of psychological capital and the effectiveness of development measures in entrepreneurial process.
