Logistics industry is a industry that associates across many different industries, and the development of logistics industry itself will be directly contributing to the improvement of other industries, therefore, the govement needs to strengthen the understanding of the logistics industry.For a long time, Chinese tax profits is much from tobacco industry,and about 10 percent of state revenue is from the tobacco industry. Meanwhile, the tobacco industry is a special industry that closely communicats green logistics and recycle economy. With the trend of economic globalization, Chinese tobacco marketwill be the great battle of the tobacco giants, as the largest tobacco market in the world, China will gradually open to the world, and the impact of foreign cigarettes will also be even more intent. In the recent years, national authorities have recognized the importence of speeding up the supply chain and building prioritie of logistics in the tobacco industry,and it is the stage that one of the most importance of the tobacco industry. On July 31st,2006, The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau issued official documents named " long-term technology development plan of the tobacco industry (2006-2020)".It is clear to adhere to the tobacco market-oriented, and the establishment of professional, information technology, standardization technology industries as the main system, and further tapping the potential new profit growth point, made the Chinese tobacco fast, stably, harmoniously and sustainably develop.In this paper, Shijiazhuang tobacco logistics center is for the study, the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research are used as a method and based on a large number of reference materials, it specify characteristics of reverse logistics,its concepts and architecture. On this basis, by analyzing the status of Shijiazhuang tobacco logistics center, find that the process of reverse logistics problems and based on these issues to analyze its causes. From the qualitative point of view, the tobacco logistics center in Shijiazhuang reverse logistics management issues corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures.
