The GEM Of China: Problems And Way Out

GEM(Growth Enterprises Market) has emerged in international market for many years, and people have paid much attention to it since the beginning. Among all the countries that have or had GEM, some countries succeed,while others failed. Our country launched the GEM in 2009, and the GEM has achieved several accomplishments during the two years'development. However, some problems also exist in the GEM. This thesis summarizes the developing process of the GEM and introduces the important effect of the GEM. Then the thesis analyzes the existing problems of the GEM, and based on the analysis above,the thesis offers the solutions and suggestions of the problems.
