Thirty years of reform and opening up, Chinese family businesses as a private form of economic organization, has become China's most dynamic economy in the important part.Based on the characteristics of the family businesses, which consists of two overlapping subsystems consisting of family and businesses, in balancing these two subsystems, based on the combination of family businesses governance and external environment, according to the different stages of development life cycle to select the appropriate governance structure, in order to make the family businesses developed steadily. At present most of our family business out of the initial stage of the dilemma, to large-scale development of good prospects. Family businesses while also facing many new problems and new challenges.How to establish a suitable governance structure of its development process, is to ensure continued good development in the family businesses focus.This corporate governance of Chinese family structure as the object of study, through theoretical analysis, analysis of typical cases, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, attempts to explore the following three questions: First, the current governance structure of Chinese family businesses development; second, corporate governance of Chinese family structure and the relationship between corporate performance and impact of the path; third, the Chinese family businesses governance structure evolution and future development trend forecast. Main findings are as follows:(1) family business is still widespread at this stage is rational is an effective form of business organization.(2) corporate governance structure of China's family at this stage the main deficiency is the main genetic relationship between the management and the corresponding lack of management resources plaque problem.(3) the evolution of family business governance structure with a certain regularity, in general, experience from junior to senior managerial change, the owners of capital accumulation, hybrid and modern-type three control stages.Conclusions of this study will help to deepen and improve the evolution of family business governance, family businesses governance structure and corporate performance relationship, the dual family businesses governance-related issues and research on family businesses governance structure proposed development of executable recommendations.
