On The Evolution Path Of Family Business In The Perspective Of Culture

Family business is a system with constant evolution, it has gone a series of evolution : from classical firm, joint-stock firm,modern family business, public company, which indicates that family business is an organization with self-transcendence and constant evolution, but this evolution path is not a simple self-denial.Because the evolution of family business is not the same, at the different development stage of the firm, the collocation of the enterprise's residual control rights changes at different speed.Family business is not only a common economic phenomenon in modern society, but also a cultural phenomenon. Culture influences the enterprise's decision-making, that is to say, it has something to do with the collocation of the enterprise's residual control rights, and it is related to the choice of family business's evolution path .According to GHM model, this paper tries to analyze the influence on the collocation of the enterprise's residual control rights brought by culture, the conditions about evolution path of Chinese Family Business and itself. Making comparison among Chinese culture, Japanese and American culture by case analysis, to analyze the detailed and exact impact on the collocation of the enterprise's residual control rights because of culture, on the basis of all the above, to put forward some corresponding proposals, as a result, there's much significance of academic guidance to the development and grandness of Chinese Family Business.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of family business by discoursing some information about Family Business and culture. To analyze the phased feature of the enterprise's development, to study the evolution path of Family Business in the perspective of culture. In a word, we can't take the sweeping approach to make the evolution for Family Business. We should proceed from the reality of family business and encourage, support and lead the development for Family Business according to circumstances .
