Along with the quickening of the process of the market economy, the development of the retail industry in China is developing rapidly and the retail sector unprecedented changes a lot. Retail department stores by mainstream formats change quickly, the supermarket patterns are put into the retail industry. Supermarket chains gradually become the essential thing of the daily life for people, their operated goods is from the food to groceries, clothing and small home appliance business, "one-stop" consumption patterns in the context of globalization, has become a national economic development of the necessary conditions for business.In the fierce competition, the retail industry especially supermarket chains more convey information of "bargain" to shoppers, in addition to emphasis on low every day in order to enhance their own competitiveness and to win more shoppers, and at the same time they also need to improve their own conditions through various means, the combination of different strategies and the integration strategy and other strategies, and enhance their core competitiveness and attract more shoppers and cultivate the customers'loyalty ,and then optimize their supply chain management to reduce the transaction costs of chain enterprises, get more market efficiency. Thus, the operation of the chain more played the advantage.This paper introduce the simple and feasible ABC classification to do the research of display management and strategic supplier management based on the modern enterprise L supermarket chain Co., LTD, and then it analyze and evaluate the effects and corresponding discussion the 014 store which is the pilot stores using ABC classification of L supermarket chain and contrast the 051 store which is not using ABC classification with the 014 store.1. Analyze the display management and strategic supplier management by the ABC classification.2. Study and evaluate the effects before and after contrast and corresponding discussion the 014 store which is the pilot store using ABC classification of L supermarket chain.3. Contrast the 051 store which is not using ABC classification with the 014 store.4. Propose the solution in using ABC classification.
