Nowadays, entrepreneurship has been widely discussed in the world by most people. It becomes an important research topic to be an entrepreneur. According to previous research, those who have previous work experience in the related industry are much easier to be a successful entrepreneur. Therefore, it becomes a research subject which need to be studied urgently that how to make an employee become an entrepreneur.The purpose of this paper is to develop a new concept called organizational entrepreneurial climate and to test a process model that examines the influence of organizational embeddedness on the forming process of entrepreneurial intention. First of all,10 subjects were interviewed through half-structured open-questions and the organizational entrepreneurial climate scale was generalized. Secondly,109 subjects were asked to answer the prepared questionnaire as a pre-test. Finally,310 subjects were investigated by the revised questionnaire. The current study draws several conclusions as follows:(1) Organizational entrepreneurial climate is a multi-dimensional construct which includes job autonomy, communication and interaction and organizational support; (2) Link is positively related with entrepreneurial intention; (3) Marketing, risk-taking and financial control in entrepreneurial self-efficacy are important mediators between link and entrepreneurial intention; (4) Organizational entrepreneurial climate partially moderates the relationship between organizational embeddedness and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.There are several innovations in this study. Firstly, we took a new perspective from job embeddedness theory on entrepreneurship and proposed the new concept of organizational entrepreneurial climate. Secondly, we proposed a process model which combines organizational embeddedness, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, we adopted the concept of organizational entrepreneurial climate to find the influence from the organization on entrepreneurial intention.
