| Food is the life fountain of human, food industry is also the human life industry, the level of modernization as well as the pace of development of a nation or regional food industry have become an important indicator for judging the national or regional people's quality of life and the degree of improvement. AnXiang is an important base town for food production, In addition, the food industry is AnXiang's traditional dominant industry, which has formed its own industrial structure and the leading edge, what's more showed a strong potential development. Food industry has a more and more important contribution and radiation effects to the county's economic, the position of the first pillar industries has become highlighted too. But there still reveals many deep-seated problems, how to make further development of AnXiang's food industry has been an important issue for the whole food industry.The article makes research for AnXiang's food industry from the view of developed strategic, in order for a higher and more meaningful target. First, this paper begins with Anxiang's status quo of the food industry, combining with a typical case-king dumplings food company, to explore the general characteristics and the reasons of the food industry, as well as further analysis of its problems. Secondly, based on briefly introduction of the SWOT analysis method, the essay systematically discuss the advantages and disadvantages of AnXiang's food industry development, the opportunities and the threat of climate change, as well as under different combinations of SWOT, the developed effects of the food industry. Finally, on the basis of making extract development goals and ideas of the industry, the article proposes five major development strategy, such as brand creation, technological innovation, green development, leading companies to tap the industry and talent development, looking forward to the implementation of this strategy is able to promote the the food industry's sustainable development. |
