The Empirical Study About The Influence Of Large Enterprises On Economic Growth In Jiangxi Province

The experience of world economic development shows that large enterprises have been playing a dominant role in the course of one country economic development and modernization. Therefore, has a batch of large enterprises with stronger international competitiveness is one country's embodiment of economic strength. This paper aimed to research on the effect that big firms worked on economic growth, and how did it work. According to review related theory research, combined with big enterprises'performance, trying to explain the mechanism of large enterprises which with abundant capital and scientific organizational management system affect economic growth, which is by providing stable routine innovation to reduce the transaction costs, and promote the social division of labor and the specialized production, then, achieve to promote economic growth. This paper use industrial enterprises above designated size on behalf of Jiangxi's big firms as an example to elaborate large enterprises were "the mainstay" of Jiangxi's economy and made great contribution to social and economic development by way of discussing big enterprises' characteristics, development trend development and present situation. In addition, this paper try to point out the problems and the insufficiency existing in large firms' development, using vector auto-regressive (VAR) model to analyze the impact of enterprises' scale, profitability, production ability and the productivity level worked on Jiangxi economic growth. Thereby, combined with the characteristics and existing problems of big enterprises, guided by theory, based on actual effect to put forward some suggestions to the development of the enterprises.
