Study On Project Management In Outsourcing Of Cleaning Service

With the development of China's economy and global economic globalization, outsourcing management mode is maturing fast, and the integration and cooperation has become a trend. To adapt to the requirements of the times, more and more enterprises implement outsourcing in their logistics service departments, especially cleaning services. In order to improve the standard of cleaning service, there derives a strong need for a research on project management in outsourcing of cleaning service.Therefore, by researching on the practice of Wal-Mart project management of Jiangxi Jiajing Cleaning Service Limited company, this paper tries to point out the advantages and problems of project management in outsourcing of cleaning service and puts forward the corresponding solutions, forming a more reasonable and effective management mode by testing it through practice. This paper mainly discusses from the following five aspects of Wal-Mart project management:human resource management, quality management, cost management, risk management and communication management.
