The original marketing model of W company has severely hampered it's development. So it is necessary to build a new marketing model which will match the characteristics and it's development.This paper describes the W company's current marketing situation, and designed a theory of information system flexible marketing model which based on the four elements (products, customers, channel, brand),4P marketing theory,Net marketing theory,especially based on the 4R model theory. This paper lists and analyzes the development situation of industry of W company and W company's current marketing problems, and explore the close relationship of the four elements,redefined the customer's traditional range; at the same time, established a complete mutual support association interaction model with other elements based on the database management platform in which the customer is the core element.In the fierce competition marketing, any service patterns can likeiy be imitated, so W company is committed to improve service quality,further confirmed in service operations within the external uncertainties and customer's sought value.
