As the the best way of communication and most remarkable feature of the internet, interaction is thoroughly brought forth to the world through the application of interactive online communication software to the construction of internet-based interactive communication platform. Not only does the internet exhibit its unique characteristic and charm, but also it brings along unparalleled opportunities for the booming internet marketing. Network marketing activities which strictly revolve around the interactive feature of internet will definitely give huge impetus to the network marketing, which provide with incomparable advantage to conventional marketing in the real world. Therefore, it is significant researching how to carry out interactive network marketing, how to develop interactive network marketing activities, how to build up interactive network marketing system, and how to formulate and choose interactive network marketing strategies, which mainly constitute the researching content and objective.Starting from the introduction into the interactive mechanism of the internet and theories related to interactive network marketing. The thesis analyzes and expatiates the status in quo of interactive network marketing, and then, defines and classifies the interactive network marketing modes, based on which the existing problems in the interactive network marketing of our country is summarized while the developing trend is predicted. the thesis draws a comparative analysis between the interactive network marketing in the real and cyber world, based on which advantages and disadvantages of each are summarized respectively and subsequently makes it clear that the interactive network marketing boasts more advantages and potentials. based upon analysis into current network marketing means, the thesis summed up classifications of interactive network marketing platforms so as to constructing the network marketing tightly clinging to the principle of "interactive". researches and analyses into various applications of network marketing strategies are conducted.By means of the logic chain constituted by problem raising, problem analyzing and problem solving, a variety of methodologies, for instance, case demonstration, comparative analysis and normative research, etc. are also applied in the course of researching practice which reasonably leads to a substantial effectiveness.
