With the accelerated opening of China financial markets, especially more and more foreign banks pouring in, the domestic banking market emerged the trends which included sources diversification, requirements diversification and the intense competition. There came many new competitors who entered the domestic banking market, constantly eating each other's market. Therefore, the market share of the four state-owned commercial banks declined and the growth rate was significantly lower than the average level of financial institutions. Facing the accelerated pace of opening the financial sector and the potential threat of foreign banks, almost all commercial banks in China have adopted various measures to expand service areas and improve their service quality. The business from savings to credit card business, from electronic banking to financial planning, from network planning to launch ATM machines, commercial banks have put a lot of resources to the fierce market competition foothold. However, it is still questioned whether the investment could really improve the service quality of commercial banks, and could be recognized by customers so that customer satisfaction and loyalty purposes would be improved. In this kind of operating environment, in order to achieve sustainable development, Wuwei Branch must continuously enhance their competitiveness and enhance their competitive ability. Moreover, we should improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Therefore, the strategies study of service quality on grass-roots network of Wuwei Branch has a high practical value.Based on the current status analysis of China Construction Bank of grass-roots network services, we can find out the problems and deficiencies existing in the serving process. Combined with the characteristics of the local industry, we studied and proposed executable strategies on improving service quality with reliable performance, which adopted the theories of services marketing, service quality evaluation SERVQUAL model and the related management, learned from the advanced financial service concept, theory and practice experience, combined with the actual situation of China Construction Bank.
