| The Science and Technology Association plays an important role in economy and society development. It comes up with some new features and trends in the new era, and faces some problems which need to be studied.The author of this essay does some researches on the development process, the organization and the practice of the Science and Technology Association, taking the practice in G County in Jiangsu province as an example. The author also puts forth that there are still many problems in the organization structure, service, activities and expenses.
