With the development of modern enterprises, human capital, competitive position in the company rising, the rapid development of enterprises is increasingly dependent on the contribution of human resources, which requires enterprises should pay more attention to human capital, property status, the owners of human capital in greater right to participate in the distribution of the remaining companies the right end, in-depth study of enterprise human capital property rights incentives, enterprise management and development.This paper attempts to draw on domestic human capital property rights incentives based on the theory, to pay the theory, property rights theory, motivation theory as a guide to China's corporate human capital property rights encourage the status quo for the study of the starting point, first of all, the article from the human capital property rights theory and motivation theory start with layers of analysis, analysis of the special nature of property rights and human capital demands, and demands the realization of human capital property rights and the consequences of incomplete property rights analysis; Secondly, this property for the realization of human capital and value creation inherent to a more in-depth analysis of, respectively, from human capital property rights of usufruct, control over the level of human capital to discuss incentive and restraint mechanisms related to the construction of proposed property to achieve the degree of human capital and human capital value of the contribution of the relational model, more intuitive description of the property to achieve the degree of human capital and the value of human capital, the main contribution to the relationship, and companies associated with pay residual claims data analysis of human capital to achieve the basic situation.
