At present, the service MNCs' knowledge accumulation is deficiency in our country, different human capital in the internal enterprise suffered a phenomena of the serious unfair income distribution, the reason of leading to this current situation is that the property structure of service MNCs don't match the enterprise development stage.Human capital property is the micro basis of realizing the service MNCs' knowledge accumulation and fair income distribution. According to the service MNCs' property evolution path, nowadays the service MNCs should construct the joint property system which is combination of elements property and collective property, especially pay attention to the integrity of the human capital property.
