A Primary Analysis Of The Scale Development Strategy Of The Light Company

Base on the conductive analysis of the theory and development experience of the small and medium business enterprises, a theoretical article with a certain reference value will form, which can guide the small and medium enterprises to choose their own large-scale development strategy, and push the large-scale strategies to implement, and it's hoped that can provide reference and assistance for the domestic small and medium scale business enterprises. Literature study, case study and interview are used as the research methods in this paper which regarding to small and medium business enterprise development's theory and practice.Taking small and medium scale business enterprise development as the center of this paper, in the first chapter, the history and development current status of the Light company are briefly introduced, base on the objective analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external environment of the Light company, and the brief analysis of the primary development of the Light company, the necessary of implement large-scale development of the Light company was cleared; and in the second chapter the main elements of development strategies are described including ways of its formation and the common mode of scale. In the third chapter, the theories of small and medium scale business enterprises of domestic and foreign researchers in the past are clear and concise studied, in order provide theoretical background to achieve the case studies in this paper.In chapterⅣ, Base on the studies of the large-scale development and implementation of strategies and measures of the Light company, some problems of the current strategy are revealed, and also new large-scale development strategy and ways to help the Light technology get faster and better development are revealed, and I hope can provide some meaningful and operational reference for the small and medium business enterprises which is currently living in similar environments.Small and medium business enterprises based on the studies both of the theories and experiences of large-scale development of domestic and foreign small and medium scale commercial enterprises, and the research and case study on the Light company, the preliminary conclusion is as follows:the large-scale development is inevitable to small and medium scale business enterprises. Vertical integration strategy, horizontal integration strategies, and concentric diversification strategy is suitable for small and medium scale enterprise. Small and medium business enterprises in different circumstances, should chose different and appropriate strategies in accordance to their actual situation.
