With the development of economy, the W Bank needing new financing, small andmedium-sized enterprises facing the huge demand of funds, how to achieve a win-win isthe problem to be solved. From this perspective, this article research that W Bank how tomake the development strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprise with analysing thefeasibility of development strategy report.Firstly,this article analyses the development strategy of relevant two economic mainbody–the economic characteristics of W Bank and the small and medium-sized enterpriseand analyses the feasibility in the supply of funds, risk preference, technical level, then putsforward the scheme of how to implement the measures, including the specificdevelopment process of from the base customer to potential customers to target customers,last to real customers and how to provide the target different product, this part is the mainresearch results of this paper. In the aspect of how to develop target customer, this papermainly from the principle and method of developing target customer, target customer orderthree aspects. In the principles of develop target client, this paper put forward to taking themarket as the guidance, taking the customer as the center, taking risk control as the basis,the return of capital is the basis; in the method of developing target customer, this paper putforward the method of regional planning and comprehensive planning, the combination ofbatch and single break combination, the combination of business development andcommunity development, the combination of community development and customermanager solely responsible for; in the order of developing target customer, through thedistrict development and community development to reserve base of customers, thecustomer analysis found the potential customers, by negotiating customers to determinethe target customer, by customer simple the reality, through the maintenance of real clientsexpand the potential customers. For product differentiation, this paper provide expositionfrom two aspects of principle and method, put forward target products should follow thecombination of customer’s preference and customer manager’s suggest, risk and returnmatching principle, and also put forward specific measures for differentiated products,including target product should follow the differences between enterprise developmentstage and characteristics, should be different according to the credit rating. Finally, this paper analysis W Bank to carry out the development strategy needs to be improved and therelated suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness, this paper expounds themeasures of the organization’s structure, good product’s channel management, the goodwork of risking prevention, and improve the level of enterprise culture of W Bank, realizingthe transition of operation mode.
