Research On Corporate Governance In SS Rural Credit Union

At present, defects in ownership, internal manage mechanism and exteral administer system block the smooth establishment of corporate governance in Rural Credit Union. Not many references were shown to the corporate governance in Rural Credit Union. Therefore, it is significate for us to make thorough reaserches on corporate governance in Rural Credit Union, and pose the of improvement of the same.Guilded by the theories of corporate governance, through analysing the internal and exteral management of corporate governance, this thesis compares the specialty in corporate governance between Commerical Bank and Rural Credit Union. Meanwhile, thorough statements on the achievements in corporate governance of SS Rural Credit Union indicate the problems and reasons of which existed in the absence of subject of title, internal control, nominal democratic management, invalid incentive mechanism and malfunctional supervision system. According to the analyses on equity ownership structure, industry management, internal control, the writer designs the effective schemes for equity reform,improvments in the composition of the board of directors,the board of supervisors,the council and adminstrator, the estamblishment of effective incentive machanism and feasible measures of risk control. Also she makes it her piont that the advance of equity reform can greatly accelerated the development of Ruarl Credit Union. The case analyses of Rural Credit Union and the impovemnts of coporate governance posed in this paper is for references in the corporate governance in Rural Credit Union. Allthough the practice of the aforesaid is immature in our nation due to the large number of Ruarl Credit Union and the diversity among, the studies shown in the paper contributes to the reform of corporate governance of Ruarl Credit Union.
