For example, risk management system is imperfect, the lack of mandatory internal control system, the lack of a comprehensive internal control system, lack of timeliness of the internal control system, lack of independence of the internal control system, risk management is less advanced, information systems lag behind.According to the above analysis, I do some research on domestic and foreign commercial banks, which listed in Singapore, Canada, the United States and other foreign commercial banks and rural cooperative banks, postal savings banks, etc. Drawing on their experience, I get principles of improving risk management and internal control, which is the important basis of specific and practical measures.Finally, this paper presents specific measures to complete Industrial Bank Co.Ltd Guangzhou Branch of the internal control and risk management that correspond to the same issues.
